Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for customers in the USA (Lower 48 States).

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, depending on the destination. Delivery may take longer due to high demand or during public holidays.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also check your order status in the "My Account" section under "My Orders."

4. Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active on the courier’s system. If your tracking details aren’t available yet, please check again later.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

6. How do I request a return?

  • Email us at sales@saleoceans.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
  • Once you receive your RMA, return the item within 14 days at your own cost.
  • Include the RMA number with your return and email us the tracking number.

7. Are there any conditions for returns?
Yes, returned items must:

  • Be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
  • Include all original accessories and packaging.

8. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health & personal care items

9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping, handling, or tax fees.

10. Is there a restocking fee?
If the returned product is in good condition, a 30% restocking fee may apply to cover labor and repackaging costs.

Refunds

11. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

12. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

  • Check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still don’t see your refund, email us at sales@saleoceans.com.

13. Do you offer refunds on sale items?
No, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Gifts

14. Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at sales@saleoceans.com within 14 days of delivery.

15. How do gift returns work?

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once we process the return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
